They always get back to me, even if I have multiple questions. Their responses are thorough and often include helpful pictures. Seriously, the best support team ever! Everything is online, making it easy to find the info you need! Don’t hesitate, give it a shot now! I’ve checked out a bunch of slideshow programs. I previously used ProShow Producer, but this one is way simpler if you’re looking for something easy, plus it has more options than ProShow in nearly every aspect!

Dealing with this company to cancel services is just a nightmare. It's way too late for them; my father's memorial service has already passed. I was really looking forward to using their software for the slideshow at his celebration of life, but that ship has sailed. Without their software, I planned to use their services for the two websites I manage, but they don't seem to reply to my emails. So now, I'm requesting that they cancel any services I might still be tied to. I really hope to get a quick response from Smart Show 3D about my cancellation. I’ll check back in once I hear from them, but it’s been quite some time. Honestly, I feel like they don’t care about their customers at all. Just a heads up to other buyers about their customer service.

I'm really pleased with AMS software; they've got a ton of great templates for SmartShow3D, and there's no shortage of options. I ran into a snag because I couldn't understand why my computer wouldn't open the file after downloading it. Valentine Carter from customer service came to the rescue!! He provided me with detailed instructions and even included some pictures. Super helpful, for sure!
